Great post as always Air! I will say if ONE institution or Two are deciding to purchase it is one outcome. If many are trying to buy and using different sources it becomes way way way more difficult. I would say impossible. In addition the present prices are in between. Shaking out shares at 11 is not so easy. Perhaps at 15 or 17 it might be different.
As far as manipulation Nasdaq may be more wild than OTC.
