You must be new to the OTC, companies trade on future growth not balance sheets. Contract of 3.5 billion stamped with 8k filing. Profit taking and crappy wanna-be day traders that's all. Will settle in the 4-5 range and level out until the next announcement.

Posting it will go back to pre news levels is a rookie statement after seeing a 3.5 billion dollar deal.
