2021 RULES---KING, LOOSER, COVID CANCELLATIONS

COVID CANCELLATIONS:

The NFL is planning to forfeit any team that causes their game to be cancelled due to COVID.

If you have picked either team involved in a COVID cancelled game, please replace your pick up to the kickoff of your new pick that week----if you fail to replace your pick in the week it was canceled, you must make (2) picks the following week...

King of the Hill Pool rules:

This year's pool starts with the Week #1 Thursday Sept 9th, 2021 game @ 8:20PM...

Week 1 picks will be accepted until the Monday nite game (8:15PM)kickoff on Sept 13th...

Weeks 2 thru 17 pick deadlines for Sunday/Monday regular season games will be Sunday @ 1:00:00PM ET---deadline for Thurs-Sat regular season games will be the kickoff of the game picked....


PRIZES (SUBJECT TO IHUB APPROVAL):

King Winner: 1 yr IHUB subscription

1st Runnerup: 9 months
2nd Runnerup: 6 months
3rd Runnerup: 3 months

King Pool overall winner is determined Survivor style...

King Pool players who lose in a playoff for the King prize are eligible for Runnerup prizes...

King/Runnersup Tiebreaker: Any players tied for prize positions at the end of the regular season will continue to pick playoff games until ties are broken for each prize--if not resolved by the end of the Super Bowl, we will use the SB scores for the final tiebreaker--SB total score, winning team score, losing team score in that order until tie is broken...

Pick one team per week (STRAIGHT UP/NO SPREAD)--no repeats thru the regular season...

Late picks = a loss...

RUNNERSUP SCORING:

Wins= 1 point...

Losses= 0 points

Tie games are treated as a loss in the King Pool...

Ties= ½ point...

Total points determine the 3 runnerup places...

6th Annual Pick-a-Loser Pool Rules:

We are running a separate 2nd contest again this year--from here on in known as the "Looser Pool"...

It will be Survivor format--pick one team per week to lose--no repeats...

your team wins--you're out...

same tiebreakers as the King Pool apply if necessary...

The winner is crowned as soon as we have a Survivor Looser
