Just spoke with TDAmeritrade concerning my previous question about "can I place a GTC buy order prior to their restriction date and will that order fill after the restriction date". Short answer the GTC order to buy would be deleted when the restriction date happens. As I thought.

We had a lengthy discussion about the OTC possibly extending their date as they appear to be behind in processing companies trying to get current. He said that is a very strong possibility. I mentioned what appears to be EGOC waiting period timeline based on what Danforth provided apparently by email to one of the posters here and he thought that it was reasonable to expect update any time now.

It appears that Danforth has been waiting for the codes from the OTC so that she can get us updated since Mid June or was it early June? I don't remember. That would suggest that we have already been waiting 2 and a half months to 3 months. Someone correct me if my math is wrong here.

If my math is correct we should be updated any time now. Any minute/day. JMO
