That's a pump and dump website posing as a legitimate news site. Real news wouldn't originate there. It's run by a booger eater. There are lots of sites like this...you can have one up and running for $25. Then post links to it on twitter and pretty soon you get suckers propagating it as if it was hosted by Walter Cronkite himself.
