Nothing has changed if you are holding long-term. Stock price dropped because of new shares issued to pay off prior notes.

The company is now current and I don't know the delay for all brokerage accounts to be able to buy RGBP. People on here have stated they could not buy with Schwab. I was able to buy more shares with TDA and ETrade today. More buyers are coming our way soon.

We should get shareholder update soon, which should help paint a better picture of where the company is moving.

We still have several positive news items we are waiting on. Settlement of lawsuit, patent info, new board members appointed, update on current license deals, maybe new license deals, etc...
