My opinion...

I've seen enough to conclude that this company is inept. I am sure they're nice people but they cannot perform on the level needed to make Vascepa a blockbuster.

KM cannot turn this around. The culture and the level of mediocrity is too much for any one person to overturn.

However, we do have a miracle drug that Pfizer is clearly interested in. My only question is if KM and the BOD will accept the lowball offer from Pfizer.

PS - I did not direct my email to KM and certainly did not expect him to reply to me (nor should he). I CC'ed him in order to force IR to reply to be and to look into the timing. Their response (with KM CC'ed) confirmed my above theory.
