Um I though RockySaaS was the one everyone was thinking would merge with SBES...literally in the first paragraph.

Citing a report from the Securities Daily Network, recently, Zhejiang Panxing Information Technology Co., Ltd. (RockySaaS), a subsidiary of Panshi Group, completed the shareholding reform and has been changed to Zhejiang Panxing Digital Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Panxing Digital Intelligence") . The next step will be to report to Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau to start listing counseling, and sprint to apply for A-share IPO next year.
