How many lives have been lost that could have been saved if they released these results and launched this platform?

Orders of magnitude fewer than would have been lost if they pulled the plug on the trial before they got the results and data they need in order to get approval to become the new SOC for a range of cancers. And before they were able to collect the massive amounts of data on all of the patients in this trial that can be used in the future to save countless lives and make treatment for cancer better than cancer, something that is currently lacking from most treatments.

I get the frustration. When I started investing in NWBO ~5 years ago the end of the trial was imminent, and as you say, here we still are. But that is the way these things work. If they had gotten approval 4 years ago would they have been able to actually ramp up production? Flaskworks was still a dream at that point, no? Sawston was a warehouse and some cows. Could Advent have handled a 100 fold or 1000 fold increase in production?
