You have to go with your own gut. Keep in mind as CFO DiPrima not responsible for delisting issues of RBII as delisting was tied to misrepresentations of product on marketing materials and website. As to his position of CEO at PAOG it appears that process is still in play with PURA to finalize stock swap for purchase of assets. PAOG has a yield sign and DiPrima is still listed as the CEO on OTCMarkets and in 8K filed by GSFI. Just because stock price and company developments on PAOG and RBII haven't moved forward as initially planned, doesn't mean GSFI has the same issues. I'd be more concerned about DiPrima's age than his involvement with these other companies. He brings on board a wealth of experience to GSFI. JMHO
