So when you ask "Peek at what exactly?" the answer is obvious. Is the drug hitting the intended biomarker and memory targets? Or in plain English, is there evidence it works?

Remember the P2a was to determine the biomarker and memory targets. The P2/3 is to confirm the drug is hitting them. So what we would peek at is obvious.
