So, if I understand. We have a 35 year old company, posted 7.5 Million revenue last year with profit!, has cash on hand. Just purchased an industry leader in online training that will double their revenues, juice their profits, provide way mare capabilities to their existing business' customers. Was trading over $1.00 per share a few years back and now at $0.0165 per share? I'm in for a few million and will sit on this until it is way, way higher. Great opportunity in my opinion. GLTA here.
