Sorry, wasn't trying to be smartazz. Actually, I'm usually on top of the malware crap, so I learned something new. You have reason to believe that a 'blank IE addy" virus exists. I believe you. Here is a interesting website to check out, and read the 'security now' shows listing. --> grc.com I'm not afiliated or paid in any way with this site, but it got a driven guy owns the site.
Read about ActiveX and scripting involvement with virus/spyware as well
