. . . but this is not NWBO proposing they do a reverse split. It is the SEC saying that NWBO would need to do that as part of the actions to address this issues the SEC raised. It may very well be the case that NWBO did not want to do a reverse split so this and other factors were part of their decision to move off of NASDAQ to OTC.
