Yeah, not sure when the updates typically hit but it is a court in Colorado so I suppose they can be later in the day for some.

Yeah, there's a lot about control/interest in IBAT so I've always hoped that this is just fighting over slices of the pie but in the end IBAT has their pie :). I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to what to expect in these types of court cases and quantifying the possible outcomes in how it relates to IBAT shareholders. So, I definitely appreciate others thoughts.
