Excellent key points and I couldn't agree more!
This is exactly what I've been discussing over the past week.
Any Big Pharma that's seriously interested in advancing their foot print in these key areas of Disruptive Biotechnology would be far better off simply acquiring RGBP. Licensing doesn't cut it for reason it's subject to time limitations AND having to pay royalties over extended periods.
Not only this any Big Pharma has the cash to easily acquire RGBP which would be a major game changer that would instantly carve out a large share of the mRNA Vaccine Market that today scores of them are aggressively working toward have a major stake in!
The reality is it would be very unwise for any Big Pharma to NOT seize the opportunity to own RGBP with all 24 of our transformative bioscience Patents that collective took more than 100 years to develop at a cost of hundreds of millions of dollars and thousands of hours of highly advance molecular research, keeping in mind that many of them today are aggressively seeking to lay claim to the mRNA Vaccine Space for reason they ALL know it's a Trillion Dollar Global Market and will absolutely define the Future of Medicine.
Like I said, it's bound to happen for reason I'm fully aware of the "Big Pharma" Industry "mentality" over the past 30+ Years as a clinical trials physician, and from my perspective like I've said before, this industry can be described as "vicious" & "cut throat" meaning any Big Pharma will go to great lengths to control market share at any cost and this is the very reason why I believe there will be a Bidding War to acquire RGBP.
I'm certain Dr. Koos has a similar perspective as I do regarding the "vicious" or "cut throat" nature of Big Pharmas and IMO he knows that a Bidding War is likely to happen which is no doubt part of the reason he filed that 8K on 4/27/21 that puts him in full control of negotiations without concern of a hostile take over resulting in him getting pushed out in the process with no voice. He knows how they are and how that can in fact happen! They are known to smile in the face of a Biopharma CEO selling their company, then turn around and stab him or her in the back and take control of the company from right under them!
Notice the word "Hostile." Ironically, this is descriptive of ALL Big Pharmas! They are EXACTLY that when it comes to controlling market share that includes acquisitions!
