I checked on another M&A and it began with an LOI to acquire XYZ company. After an acceptance period of two weeks, a Definitive Agreement was entered into with terms defined and a final date for the acquisition to be completed. A PR was dropped at the agreement date and two more weeks to completion was listed. This RM may take just as long. It's just a possible outline that we may look to.
