I'm no statistician, but my guess if (F). So, what does 50/150 mean? Does it mean that out of 200 events (what is an event?) CVD, COVID response or symptoms?

Does it mean that the Vascepa arm only had 50 events vs. 150 for Placebo?
So, it would mean a 75% reduction in events?
