Does this mean ENZC is not currently in control of rights belonging to IMMB? Are those rights pertaining to the IMMB company or ITV-1 or patents or what?

From the filings DOGONE posted:

[Savov breached his promises about] Transferring all rights belonging to IMMB under a certain Sublicense agreement;

Does ENZC need any of those rights free and clear to continue executing its business plan? Or is the legal action against Savov specifically to retain control of the 71,900,000 shares they're claiming they no longer owe him? I would assume the latter but I'm still trying to wrap my mind around how this legal aside might hold up further progress/news/partnerships in the meantime.

For example, if ENZC needs this matter settled to finish the audit to uplist to OTCQB to attract new investors to raise new funds to pay for production to nail down those milestone-based partnership offers, that looks like a clear path forward! I just want to be sure ENZC's current plan doesn't hinge on going to court to force Savov to surrender rights/IP he promised? (Which could imply they'd be using the ongoing lawsuit as leverage to get Savov to deliver on his promises and settle out of court, to avert a major setback to ENZC's path forward if Savov instead lost the shares but kept the Rights in IMMB.)
