Case update is out on pacer. Here's the tidbits I found interesting but speak up if anyone looks in pacer and has valuable analysis beyond my amateur hour when it comes to court docs haha.

The court schedule plan is there. I'm seeing dates all the way to May of 2022 if it were to go that far out. Not sure if these are just "worst case" deadlines.

There's a section that talks about the motion to dismiss, seems like that has yet to be addressed by the court and is part of the upcoming process.

There is this in the court doc so who knows how long it'll really go.

The Parties are not opposed to the possibility of a prompt settlement or resolution by alternative despite resolution.

Also, not all parties consent to have a United States magistrate judge conduct all proceedings in this civil action, including trial, and to order the entry of a final judgment. Not sure what happens with this part either.
