It's not a neuropathy miracle cure.


Blarcamesine is a treatment, not involving anything 'miraculous.'

Insulin isn't a cure for diabetes, either. Levothyroxine ("Synthroid") doesn't cure hypothyroidism or Hashimoto's thyroiditis.

Are they invalid as therapeutics, then?
