That's what garbage small caps that sell paper do...

They get the fund running the book to push the price on some fluff PR (or social media pump)...and then they sucker in a bunch of retail folks who don't know better and drop the EFFECT of the S-3 on them. This is made easier with the tiny float they have.

They can't really do it down here...as current warrants are at $5.50 and that would screw all of them over with prices lower than that before they get a chance to convert. Of course, I don't think Dahl and crew actually gives a damn...so I guess I shouldn't say they "can't" do it down here...
