Something doesn't make sense about PREPARE-IT.

P1 will be presented on Aug 29 at ESC (world stage).

If the investigators know that P2 has a better chance of success than P1, why would they risk showing only a failed P1 on the world stage? That would belittle P2, whenever that gets released, most likely not on the world stage.

I don't think they could take this chance... unless:

1) they know that P1 is a success or
2) they will also present the topline data for P2 @ ESC

Again, presenting only a failed P1 would be a disaster for whatever happens to P2 / P3 and they wouldn't do that, IMO.
