Is there Insider Trading at UNRG?

Purchase price and financing are basic elements of O&G acquisitions. Why haven't those trade details been made public relative to the Entransco acquisition?

If UNRG officers and other insiders are trading in the stock with the benefit of knowledge of the purchase price and financing, while the public was denied that information, would that not be insider trading?

Truly, I don't know. But I do know that such information is key to assist in the determination as to whether this acquisition is transformative to UNRG.

The silence makes me wonder.
