EDITED/CORRECTED:
Maxim is a professional Liar, akin to many Lawyers - is a JOB, not a Hobby, i.e. Professional Liars. This company's (AMPG) fundamentals does not justify its projected/predicted stock price per Maxim & company's own cheerful PR's, however neither does GameStop, AMC, Virgin Galactic (which never had a true space flight, only had suborbital excercize), BitCoin & whatever), etc.
StockMarket, since RobinHood era started few years ago, is more of a game now than science, days of "Logic"/Analysis are behind us, nowadays much of it is a game tho usefulness of mathematical analysis remains, but learning some of postulates of "Theory of Games" as applied to StockMarket may help you - that work was done decades ago & several men received Nobel Prize for it (Game Theory in economics)
P.S. My point is - for AmpliTech Inc (Inc, as I'll never be accustomed to bogus "Group" as I worked for that company Inc, years ago) - it's not a month or half.year or a year-long affair, it is a multi-year/decades long charade (conceived as AmpliCom Inc & sold to AeroFlex, CEO/founder Fawad's friend was the "backstabber" in that deal 1999 & officially reStarted as Amplitech in y2001). I worked for CEO....
HOWEVER, AMPG still cannot beat disasters/mind-boggling length of existance BLTA, ABWN, CNBX E.g. BLTA sotck lasted for 31 YEARs selling NOTHING but EMPTY AIR, no product, no nothing, most every manager there was a crook & afew got arrested & SEC terminated it but late - 31Years was too long for gullible investors to keep losing money on. Some made money, I lost but very little on BLTA ($900-1200)
But, Iam also the guy who made decent money on ABWN - also clown/joke of a stock, yet I called/talked to its CEO in y2018-19, & top managers (p.s. they were our neighbors in SimiValley CA), & while others LOST big time on ABWN, I won, I made a 48-hour round-trip on it & sold as soon as i saw a spike in price as an Engineer I knew their product was technically dubious (esp latency of transmission between aircraft's). Anyways, you can make money on AMPG too, just saying it's a "game"-class stock - shoddy fundamentals, pumped/"smoke-screen" PR's & makes multiple unfounded claims plugging buzzwords like "5G, 6G (yes, already 6G, besides 5G !!), Quantum Computers, Space.X, & other fantasies having little todo w/actual product, HOWEVER it does have a useful product unlike the above empty-vapour sotcks, Fawad's ancient product that stems from old 1990's/early 2000's research at Miteq inc (now L3Narda-Miteq). LNAmplifiers market is still a market, small but so is Amplitech feeding salaries of only few people workign there, overhead isn't much, in fact CEO sacrificed own salary being negligible until ast few years when he bought a Mercedes SUV & whatever, he was staying asketic/minimal, sometimes he paid more to employees than to himself - a commendab;e act, nevertheless, AMPG is still an old penny stock "at heart", under disguise of a "novel NASDAQ" one - which I am, personally, in part responsible for uplisting from OTC-B up to NASDAQ, I pitched about negatives of being on OTC & worthiness of paying to uplist to NASDAQ, yes I admit it, but that doesn't mean AMPG is as "glorious" as its PR's claimed to be... although, some notable stocks usedto be on OTC-A/B/X i.e. penny & yet they became major NYSE stcoks later on, sometimes this scheme is necessary, e.g. Citibank N.A started on OTC - a major, one of 3 largest banks in world, NISSAN Motor Co started/(still is ?) on OTC-B America simply b/c they being foreign (Japanese) didn't wantthe hassle of complying w/DOW/NYSE bureacracy & many other foreign stocks do so, but the company itself is giant, premier one of top 5 world's Automakers & yet it was on OTC - not NASDAQ, Dow, whatever...
AmpliTech is hyped up, praticularly irritating were past lying in PR's (not so bad, now, tho), interviews, Fawad looking slightly drunk telling in YouTube video about "6G, Quantum Computers, SpaceX, so-called inventions/patents (non-existant) & becoming a major supplier to 5G towers & making own MMIC's.." heck they attempted to design own MMIC's for decades, but just talk... what they/I did was HybridMIC's - a mfg style started after WWII & blossomed to mainstream in late 1980's & perfected in 1990's, it's still the way to go for highly-custom MW/mmW stuff, not so much for RF (< 3GHz), but MMIC are nowadays becoming amazing & performance customization is easier as are facility to send own design files to prduce own MMIC's... what we call "ASIC"'s in Digital domain (I come from Digital, not Analog.RF roots).
Anyways, Maxim lies but so do many PR COmpaneis for current/former penny stcoks. Even exaggerating physical shop location/building/equipment... I worked & lived nearby, I know what Amplitech WAS & IS, upgraded but still not as glorious as PR's claim
There's a Strip Club, stinking donuts factory, & shady Motel known for certain women, nearby, besides Business center, & provincial airport (McArthur) & decent hotel & other small Electronics, AeroSpace & Pharmaceuticals. Pharmaceuticals are gaining & Electronics are losing space on Long Island, there're major players tho, still on Long Island e.g. L3narda, NorthropGrumman, some others, I worked at multiple places there.
I was bitten by a LYME Tick & perpetual rains/fog & harsh winter & hot summer finally made me leave to a better place in America.
