Noted Foxi.. but that is where "SUBSEQUENT EVENTS" always go on a disclosure is " ITEM 9" or hence , at the end of what they disclosed
for that period and then XXXXX event that has happened since that time if
they are honest and transparent. May not always be what one wants to
hear , but better to know it and go from there.
