Yes, Early Stage Tech Companies All Do That!!!!!!

It's how companies like Facebook, Microsoft, Salesforce and Google got to cash flow positive.......they had to issue stock (and salesforce did an RS) to bridge from cash flow negative to cash flow positive.

Pretty common story amongst Billion Dollar Corporations if you care to do the research.
