I would wonder what it takes to accomplish sales of $500 billion.

What will be the cost of infrastructure to get there?

What time, money and finances will it take, to ramp up to that level.

I toy with the idea that probably NWBO should manufacture "modules" that would manufacture these vaccines and the modules should be sold to individual franchisees. I guess something like Sawston facility as a model module, being sold to several thousand sites across the world could get us to probably $50 billion (10% of $500 billion) in about 5 years (??). What is the feasibility of such business model??

@ $50 billion in annual sales, it means treating 500,000 patients annually (@$100,000 per patient). Have not done much diligence. But does the world produce 500,000 such patients annually? (Sorry, I do not wish for it.)

Also, we have to remember, as time advances, the price of the drug (and in this case, the technology) will generally come down. So, are such astronomical numbers are ever achievable with this drug, its manufacturing and delivery technology and business model?
