I am no expert, either, but from what I can tell, after a drop and it trades with a bit of activity within a window, that is a sign of accumulation. That is what I think I see happening. We may know within a few days if it starts to really climb. Supply and demand. Supply goes down, demand goes up. Supply goes down because some big players start to collect more shares, under the radar as not to jack up the price until they are done.
