That petition was filed by a class action law firm.

This is similar to what happened to Anavex years ago.

Looks like the shorts have reached deep into the bag of dirty tricks to get the SAVA share price down.

This will likely hurt the AVXL share price in the short term as it creates uncertainty in the biotech world, AD area in particular.

If investing was easy, everyone would be rich by now.
