Just the fact we cant all agree with the o/s share count should tell you that on TLD day those jumping in will not have a clue what the PPS actually represents as fully diluted market cap....

So we will IMMEDIATELY get a 30-40% premium just by virtue of the opaqueness of the warrants schedule .....so do not look this gift horse in the mouth, please take some money off the table and buy back in when it corrects in days 3 , 4 5 etc as 100% for sure it will correct before moving up again.

As crap as it is being on the OTC the lack or transparency around o/s shares and warrants could pay us dividends in those first couple of sessions .
