I have not been following AMRN lately...Can you update me on the genetics issue...I am still on Vascepa and the product is being sold by Amarin..

Regarding Vascepa and the COV-19 issue...I can offer this anecdotal example...

Last year I tested positive for the virus. At my age and with a history of an MI and a pulmonary embolus. I should have been at very high risk for serious issues including death...Instead I had a mild temperture of 99.3 for one day and some post nasal congestion..

I was back to normal within 2 days..no respiratory issues no cough, no sputum..no temperature and I felt fine..

Explanation...The issue is not the virus..it is the inflammation caused by the virus...I do believe Vascepa would be the best drug for these viral invasions..
