The next couple weeks should be interesting with some Brokerages scheduled to block EMPM buyers on 9/3/21 due to new SEC rule going into effect end of next month.

Then there's the matter of counsel filing motion for withdrawing from both cases this evening:
A-20-813165-C
A-20-816594-C

The Lee vs Sawyer Arbitration is still scheduled for 9/3/21. Mr. Sawyer is Pro-Se. Dr. Lee will need to address the matter at hand with his counsel, unless he also plans to be Pro-Se. I "think" some of the details outlined in last month's Order/Judgment may need counsel's assistance as well.

I'm confident everything will get worked out, but wow, what an interesting two weeks this might be.
