Response from JD about filing.
Basically says the same thing, I just wanted to get a direct response from her instead of
someone else posting it. Emailed her yesterday and got this this morning. This will get current as soon as the OTC gets the review done, they are swamped I'm sure. Patiently waiting, not selling a share.




The delay is relative to the OTC lag in review time, and we are awaiting
the access to the OTCIQ portal to upload data to obtain current status. We
continue to follow up with the OTC daily on this matter.
