The powers that be in China appear to have done nothing to prosecute these swindlers since the victims were mostly US citizens and not Chinese. The latter profited from the swindles.



The Powers that be don't care, it's up to the SEC to do something.
If they do not the CHINESE are NOT, except taking BRIBES

Now the SEC Has. They will stop TRADE soon, until they get things right with the SEC
