fwb I refer to realities rather than formalities. With the exception of the cfo who died(probably because of heavy smoking?) none of the decision-makers seem to have lived in the US as far as I know. None of the business was in the USA. It is true though that financial reporting was done in the USA and in accordance with American requirements.
