Found it. Verified why we now see Beneficial Shareholders at 53 per the updates reporting on OTC that I was asking about. I strongly feel Henry is going to push this past the $.01 required min so by next filling we can qualify for OTCQB and up from there.

IMO No CEO actively goes on NASDAQ news and post that he is increasing ownership if there is an active buyback under way. No CEO tells 12.3K followers a position was increased if the buyback was still under way. How many are sitting on the sidelines thinking now is a good time to jump in. We know the float is locked up as it takes less than 40 mill most days to move this 10 ticks.

Going to be an interesting ride.

I'm looking forward to the next filling. Henry said on the last CC that block transactions were underway for the buyback. We know per rule 10b-18 repurchase plan under safe harbor he can buy blocks back once per week above the standard 25% daily limits.
