In the case of LQMT, where a shareholder controlls as many shares as Professor Li. Does it really matter what position he holds be it the ceo, the board chairman or the broom sweeper for an unknown distant company?

Yes Li quit, yes Li resigned, yes Li failed, yes yes yes to all of his mistakes all 405 million of those mistakes too!
But China still owns them vis-à-vis Li. And that is who still controls LQMT, directly or indirectly, whether Li is the ceo or in exile sweeping floors.

TC may hold the title of ceo. But, Li holds the title to over 405 million shares. I don’t think anyone has to be told who is the ceo and who controls the company here.

However, always remember in the scheme of things, none of this guarantees a contract to increase shareholder value. And if anyone needs proof of the last fact I can give you proof every day and links every quarter for every year for the past decade.
