Bbanbob, in part it is true. The Reorganized Debtor cannot own Legacy Assets but through complex Mergers they can Indirectly Control the Assets. Merger (1) Wand into Nation Star Mortgage,”Mr. Cooper,” “Internal Merger,” Merger (2) Nation Star L.L.C. Merger Sub II, a limited liability company wholly owned by Combination Partner that is disregarded as separate from Combination Partner for U.S. federal income tax purposes.

No different than Costco through its Complex Mergers owning Percil Detergent Company, Krispy Kreme, LIDL, ALDI’s, Kroger, Food Lion, Panera Bread, Dr. Pepper, Keurig, Peet’s Coffee, Green Mountain Roaster and the list goes on for JAB HOLDINGS COMPANY.

THEY been at this since the early to mid 1900 maybe even earlier and have mastered how to control the Economic Markets and know All of the Ins & Outs.
We are Fleas, Scum riding on their coattails until they Launder( clean, get Rid of,) us Out.
Until all is said on done, all we can do is ride this out and wait to get Rich along with them or Bamboozled and Hustled. It’s one or the other.
