I'll choose to look forward.

VERB has raised money (of course) ...that is what all companies do when they start up.

VERB has used their funds to create a compelling array of products in an area (interactive video e-commerce) that is ramping up at light speed. Customers laud their software offerings.

So now the rubber hits the road.......The groundwork has been laid...revenue is about to skyrocket.

And we all know that revenue generation and expansion is key to investors.....not what VERB did or did not do three years ago.

Probably not a scenario worth the risk of shorting if one has more than a six month time horizon.
