In the past year Mr Milligan has been involved with Avalon, Ergonomics, (early in 2006,both pinks,both failed), at about the same time ECFl was registered with the Secretary of State office in MN as Complete auto (4/17/06).. Since then there have been the two failed mergers. With a little DD you can substantiate all of this, it's all on the web.
A couple of weeks ago I asked this group advice on entry into ECFl. Two members sent me PMs.. One from Momentum was the other from Flatsfox.. momentums was nuetral, he recommended I do DD and he told me news and/or no news would have an effect on ECFLs pps. Flatsfoxs recommendation was NOW, NOW, NOW. I began my own DD and did not buy.. two days later news of the failed merger came to light. I was glad I did not buy NOW NOW NOW.
So, one left it to me along with a good explanation. The other said NOW NOW NOW with no explanation.
I can honestly say after having read many of the posts here I find few if any of the posts substantiating their reasons to buy. Other than ECFL on occasion is a momentum play. I see no reason for investing in ECFL as a company, quite on the contrary.
