So you’re saying merely by saying “Next Offering” in the 10-Q, that necessarily means they are doing a pipe, and therefore speculating backwards to the lateness of the previous filings. My first question was how you got to the pipe, and no S-3, so you might’ve said that first.

I think that is tenuous speculation. Let’s see what actually happens. As I said, it is possible. Doesn’t mean it is anymore real than any other speculation. Nor is it less reasonable. And as I also said, I would be disappointed in them if they did not utilize all options, given the circumstances, so that is not on you. I just wanted to know upon what basis you speculated on that scenario.
