Not only that, but the head "scammer" paid 12 cents or so for those shares. He's down 15 mill+ on paper and has already burned through 33 mill of his own money! I mean, seriously, if he's going to "scam," the least he could do is not screw himself!

It was time for a change. And they're not getting free shares. They have exercise prices and TC dumps, so does the stock. He's not selling a thing until his lockups expire. He has to get the price up pretty significantly before he can move any shares out.
