What we can be certain of is that the company has room to spare and shares to still use to raise funds after data release

Well, actually, I’m not certain of that. Yes, the company has some room to spare, but each month that passes, that room gets smaller and smaller, so I think it will depend on how long it takes for the data to be released, and there may be other potential requirements for those shares that I haven’t paid attention to, such as debt conversions. I can tell you that no CFO that I know would want to be where they are: no cash, 275+ million shares over the authorized limit, forced to suspend 300+ million options and warrants, and now down to their last 30 million (or whatever) shares.

But I would never underestimate the ability of Linda and Les to pull another rabbit out of the hat. The fact that they haven’t requested an increase in authorized shares yet, tells me that they believe that they can continue to live hand to mouth for the foreseeable future, and they are waiting until after the data is released to request an increase.
