If this dude was serious about anything when you release something release it with purpose and have it active... the main http://phiglobal.com/ site is garbage, at least they have the copyright year at 2021 for the diamond site

Why would you have a diamond exchange online anyways. Makes no sense people arent going online to buy and sell diamonds you want to see them up close so you know you are getting quality, at least I would. Prob best to go to your local jeweler to get diamonds... or are you going to buy diamonds in bulk online hell no who would in their right mind do that.

These sites arent the quality of a truly aspiring global organization... its powered by wordpress and isnt even complete.

At least hire a designer cant cost that much to do a website or too long to make it look good for public facing investors of a business that supposedly has high aspirations.

Same with this http://www.philux.eu/ insecure no SSL certificate on teh stie, barely any info cant click on some links, how is this a global company cant even place a site up .... Has a default wordpress favicon, these guys arent serious about anything except taking money.

Now tell me how is that online diamond site going to generate any money selling diamonds? How are the other businesses going to generate multi millions out all of a sudden to do this buyback everyone wants. What assets will they divest to do the buyback?
