I don’t ‘feel’ his performance warrants 175k. But that’s now. 6 months ago everyone here was gung ho for him. Shows the fickleness of a crowd.

The man needs to get paid. I imagine no one here has worked for a startup or small early stage company (I’m not talking about something like a storefront that’s been around for a while). I’m sure he is doing many things that are required. The guy went to Iraq. I wouldn’t want to go there. But he’s doing things we are not aware of. Iraq is not some sort of place to go on vacation. So yes. I think 175k IS warranted. I think he’s working on things. Do I believe he made mistakes? Absolutely. But he still deserves a salary. 500 k probably not. But as you noted, he is not making 350k either.
