If they did, they have lied to many people that have taken the time to contact them directly.

This is a case of impatient traders selling to chase something else. It has fallen so far due to not much Bid support. Not many are aware of ZHUD and the pending filings. Omni is not being communicative thus the low awareness and interest.

The share structure is being updated frequently and is not changing.
