Right shoulder is not complete yet so even if it dips to 1.10 it is still at a higher low unless we dip lower than 1.02
If the bounce from 1.02 low is the mid-point of the symmetry, we can expect it will take as many weeks to move up absence of news. Look at the chart I posted yesterday pre-JTM publication. There are many similarities.
