They would not either have added Tamara Kondic as an uplisting expert from Donahue, because they already have Bruce Poignant, so if the trial was unsuccessful they'd not need to send YET an "uplisting signal" as a part of a fake diversion.

There's a reason for picking Tamara, because she is already working with Bruce Poignant on uplisting Core One. Why pick her at all, if they knew they would never be able to uplist? Picking her is definitely due to REAL uplisting considerations.
