This rule is good to help protect the naive from losing hard earned money. Now here with RGBP, if an investor sells all there shares at let’s say $.025 because they don’t think they can get current before their investing platforms deadline, then that investor will not be able to buy again until they are current and there restriction to buy on that investment platform lifts the restriction. So to me it comes down to whether an individual wants to gamble whether to be in for the possible liftoff or be shut out.... It’s each individuals choice to make. My opinion and money is letting it ride because I would hate for Koos to drop the filing on a Monday morning, drops a PR, and then the investors whose brokerages allow trading in RGBP run up the share price and before you can get back in, the PPS is at $.25 or higher. Just my opinion.
